I am a Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Mortgage, and Real Estate expert with 13+ Years of Experience. I live in Texas and am surrounded by a wonderful team of my wife of 16 years and 4 children. They are the core of this business, and it would not succeed if it weren’t for each of them. My heart here is to see YOU succeed. My Story

I remember looking at my mortgage statement every month in disgust over how much of my payment was going toward interest. 30 years was such a distant future to pay off my mortgage. I was hoping that maybe at some point, I would be earning enough to pay extra on my mortgage and get it paid off more quickly. Maybe in 25 years, I could finally be TRULY and COMPLETELY debt-free. It seemed so far off that I finally just gave in and accepted that this was just how things were going to be.

When I first learned of this strategy I now call BreakThru Finance, I immediately put my analytical brain to work because my first reaction was disbelief and skepticism. After all, I had been in the financial industry and always understood that you get a mortgage when you buy your home, and that's all there is to it. It is simply how you get a loan to buy your home, and you do your best to find the best rate. But then, as I dove into the numbers, I started to question everything I knew about mortgages, how they work, and what alternatives are available.

Then it clicked. What if there was a way to reduce my balance in a way that puts my cash flow to work for me? What if I really could pay off my home in 5-10 years and save myself tens of thousands of dollars? What would I do then?? In finding the answers to these questions and putting the strategy into motion (and making a few mistakes along the way!), I realized I couldn't keep this strategy to myself while banks and mortgage companies continue to profit off everyone else happiness. I HAD to share this knowledge.

And that is why I created BreakThru Finance. I knew that many others like myself could benefit from implementing the same strategies I had put into practice. And although this strategy is NOT for everyone. It certainly IS a fantastic fit for many. If you spend less than you bring home, own 10-20% of your home, and can use self-control when you have access to funds, this strategy can work exceptionally well for you.
